Q: We need an event photographer! Can you photograph our event?

at erikandersondesigns dot com or call us at 816-813-6323 to discuss openings in our
schedule. To keep costs reasonable for our customers, we are
unable to attend events which require a percentage of sales or vendor fee to be paid back
to the event organizers.
Q: What type of payment do you take?
A: We accept cash, corporate checks, money orders, and Visa & Mastercard credit/debit cards. The online galleries are also coded to allow Paypal
payments to be directed to sales at
erikandersondesigns dot com. You may call us with your payment information at
816-813-6323 or fax it to 484-450-9951.
Q: The online sample images are small/pixilated/dark/light/etc. What
my prints will look like?
A: Our website is optimized for all internet connection speeds and therefore
images are compressed for rapid loading and previewing of our patrons. All images are sorted
prior to uploading to the online galleries and we guarantee the quality of our prints. Your
photos will be color corrected and cropped for optimum presentation. Your photo will
have a small watermark in the lower portion of the photo and is faded into the print. It is
typically covered by any framing.
Q: How do you print your photos?
A: We use a select number of professional photo labs with which
we have long standing accounts.
Q: When I order the digital file of a photo, what do I get?
A: You will get the full resolution files (typically a 1.5-4MB, high quality JPEG) released to you for personal use. You can use this file for prints, screensavers, digital wallpapers, on your personal website, and for avatars and signature files on message boards. Erik Anderson Designs retains the copyright and any use other than personal (i.e commercial advertisement) requires an agreement with Erik Anderson Designs. Q: How long will it take to get my photos/files?
A: Orders are typically received within 14 days of payment. Custom photo editing
may take longer, as may larger orders. However, in nearly all cases you have the prints or CD in
your mailbox with 14 days of the event. We strive for complete customer satisfaction, so if you
have an immediate need for you order, please let us know so we can ensure expedited service in a
guaranteed timeframe.
Q: What is your expedited service?
A: Whether you need photos for a car display, customer touring your shop, or simply
need to check your suspension setup, we have an expedited service available. This service guarantees
your receipt of photos up to 20x30 within 3 business days of the event by using the overnight
delivery service of your choice. The premium on this service is based on the quantity of photos and shipping method.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: We can arrange special pricing with groups based on minimum sales levels and
